STUDENT WELFARE

A) Student Welfare Fund

Objective
The College endeavours to provide financial assistance to students who are unable to meet their immediate and essential educational expenses due to personal or family emergencies or hardships. The Student Welfare Fund (“the Fund”) has been set up for this purpose. The Fund is intended to be a one-time financial assistance for such students whose learning has been or will be affected. It is not for providing ongoing relief for recurring expenses.

Eligibility
Students who have financial needs resulting from recent and unforeseen financial hardships caused by emergency situations including but not limited to a drastic drop in family income, serious illness or separation of a family member who is the major support of the students’ educational expenses, etc. are eligible to apply.

For enquiries about the fund, students or parents are welcome to contact the Assistant Vice Principal, Miss Wong Wai Sze at 2859 8415 or by email at wsw@spc.edu.hk.
